Humans get about 20% of their calories from animal products. Currently about 36% of food grown is used for animal feed to sustain human consumption of animal products. As population grows, increased livestock and poultry activity will lead to a surge in animal feed production.
We believe building solutions for sustainable and economical animal feed is an important problem to solve and a huge opportunity.
The founders are IIT-BITS graduates, with 15+ years of leadership experience across Agriculture, Oil&Gas, Investment Banking, Rural Development and Education. They have dedicated a significant part of the last decade engaging with rural communities, working closely with farmers and others in the agri value chain.
